First Visit for Myself and My Daughter. It was a Birthday Treat from my Husband. I was very very impressed by the Greeting Recieved, the Lady at the front desk was very friendly and very informative. The plesantry of the staff made my daughter and my First Visit there worth coming Back. So question is would we visit again? Most Definetly.

great experience, good massage, surprised that a hefty mandatory tip was added to bill.

awful experience! not worth the money, time or energy. totally misleading!! I was expecting a fancy place with multiple amenities, but unfortunately nothing but a weak elbow massage (even with paying the extra for deep tissue). No plush spa amenities and rushed through only to be given a mandatory bill for another $28 in Tip "for a very poor massage"

Terrible Business I called to see if they had any appointments available before I bought the Groupon DEBBIE informed me that she would honor the coupon don’t buy it from Groupon just pay them directly, she took my credit card information to reserve the appointment. my appointment was scheduled for 3 the same day.!I called the spa several times to let them know we’d be late we were in traffic no one answered I text them and let them know I couldn’t make it until 4 DEBBIE informed me that they had a full schedule I told her I would try and be there by 3:45 since she was willing to wait she never said come on nor did she text me or send an e-mail. she claims she waited until 4:15 she didn’t call to see if I was still coming nor did she confirm that if I couldn’t make the 3:45 she would accept me at 4 sheCharged me $155.00 for services she never performed saying I had 2 days to cancel when I just made the appointment 3 hours before and she refused to refund my money, and then called me being rude and disrespectful

I purchased a his/hers massage package on Living Social. It included the choice of two add ons from a menu. When we arrived, were given one choice of two options (hot stones or a "facial"). My husband chose the stones and I chose the facial which was actually a brief facial massage. When we first entered the treatment room, the staff tried to upsale us by adding other items on and I clearly stated that we just wanted what the package included (as mentioned, this was already reduced from what was stated). The massages were fine but nothing special; when I went to pay the tip (which they state multiple times is calculated based on the "full" price of the massage) they added on an additional $16 dollars for a deep tissue massage. When I asked what that was about, I was told that the masseuse asked my husband during the massage if he wanted her to apply more pressure and he said sure; nothing in writing, no explanation. I would have tipped on the list price without being told to do so (I have worked in the service industry), so I find that somewhat offensive. But when they added on the $16 at the end after already being told we wanted only what the vouchers stated, it ruined the whole experience for me. I do not recommend this place, they are not straight forward by any stretch. It is also not located in a vineyard either, it is in an industrial park area of Napa.

Absolutely the WORST spa experience I have ever had in over 20 years of going to spas. This is not a legitimate spa- it looks normal enough on the inside but the two ladies that gave us our "massage" where clearly not certified massage therapists. We were never asked about the "Add-On" Services and the massage was NOT anything close to a massage. It was essentially an hour long rub down of lotion with the same, repetitive motion over and over again, no consistency in trying to do the same thing to your right side as was done to the right. Then when we flipped over, we were bombarded with no fewer than 5 different smelling lotions on the face which was over powering and made us both instantly nauseous, the "craniosacral" work was borderline dangerous considering they clearly had NO idea what they were doing. I left with more tension in my back than I did before we went in, I had a headache from the inexperienced hands pressing on my head, and almost threw up from the over use of different smelling lotions. I'm disgusted at how much money we spent expecting a beautiful spa experience to be so overly disappointed by inexperienced, unlicensed "massage therapists".

Very disappointed, we found out about this place through a Living Social deal we purchased and they were very unaccommodating. They had available slots but we were told we could not book our appointment until another month out. It did not state on the deal that there was limited appointments available. We were trying to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary! We are business owners and this is definitely not a way to do business!
